In Our City, Our Nation, and Our World
Before Jesus ascended into Heaven, He said to His disciples:
“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” Act 1:8
In addition to our efforts during Sunday services, we are focused on reaching people in three key places designated by Jesus:
“Real religion, the kind that passes muster before God the Father, is this: Reach out to the homeless and loveless in their plight.” James 1:27 MSG
The primary way we reach our city is through our Sunday services, I Love My City outreach events, and outreach small groups.
We also participate in the yearly Serve Day with hundreds of other churches from around the county and serve the community through various serve projects. We also partner with Reimagine, a local nonprofit and Bellview Middle School.
“As they traveled from town to town, they presented the simple guidelines the Jerusalem apostles and leaders had come up with. That turned out to be most helpful. Day after day the congregations became stronger in faith and larger in size.” Acts 16:4-5 MSG
The primary way we reach our nation is by starting new churches and strengthening existing churches through the Association of Related Churches (ARC) and through Pastor to Pastor.
We support ARC today as it trains, coaches, and resources hundreds of new church plants across America and abroad every year.
Pastor to Pastor is a ministry founded by Pastor Dan Livingston. This ministry reaches out to hurting and broken pastors and ministers throughout the country. Giving an outlet for restoration, encouragement, and healing to pastors where burnout or failures have taken place.
We also support The NISSI Project and their fight to end human and sex trafficking. As well as Mercy Chefs and Convoy of Hope.
“Jesus said to His followers, ‘Go everywhere in the world, and tell the Good News to everyone.’” Mark 16:15 NCV
The primary way we reach our world is through strategic missions. At Transformation Church, we intentionally invest a portion of our resources in missions work all around the world with a focus on unreached people groups, children, and church planting.
We support and resource missionaries in Laos, Pakistan, and Thailand as well as support Christians United for Israel (CUFI). We are currently working with Reimagine Worldwide with a focus on more than 500,000 orphans that live in Lima Peru alone. We also support Water For Nations as they drill drinking water wells in Kenya Africa.
GET INVOLVED
Once a year during the month of December we bring a special offering—one that requires sacrifice and one that builds a legacy for future generations. This offering enables us to take a giant leap forward in fulfilling the big opportunities God has placed before us.
We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.
